Varieties: Carignan and Grenache.
Vineyards: On trellises.
Soil: Varying amounts of gravel and substrates of dirt and rock. Formed in the Paleogene, it contains clay and silt with intercala- tions of conglomerate and calcareous sandstones from the foothills of the Prades mountains that, in turn, elevate the vine- yard.
Elevation: 700 metres. Agriculture: Sustainable.
Harvest: In mid-September, in search of good acidity and fresh- ness.
Production: Fermentation and maceration in a 15,000 L tank to then be aged slightly for 3 months in 3 and 4-year-old oak barrels.
Presentation: White 75 cl Bordeaux Prestige bottle. Technical cork stopper 44×24 mm.
